Here at Touch Medical Media we have been working to build an awareness and understanding of the menopause across our organisation, as well as to improve the support available for those experiencing menopause in the workplace. As such, we are delighted to support this year’s World Menopause Day, an initiative from the International Menopause Society to raise awareness of the menopause and the support options available for improving health and wellbeing.

In this collections of interviews Tammy Gibbs, Jane Wrenn and Jane O’Dell from the team at Touch Medical Media join us for World Menopause Day 2021 to answer questions on the treatments they have used to manage their symptoms of perimenopause and menopause and how these treatments have changed their daily lives.

Jane Wrenn, Head of Group Operations at Touch Medical Media Ltd talks about her recent experiences with the perimenopause and experiences with treatment so far.

Jane O’Dell, Project Manager at touchIME talks about her experiences with HRT and other strategies such as meditation that have helped her manage symptoms of the menopause.

Tammy Gibbs, Group Managing Director at touchIME talks about her treatment pathway and the impact this has had on her quality of life whilst managing symptoms of the menopause.
